Apps covered: Trace and Learn: Hiragana & Katakana, なぞっておぼえる かんじ1年〜6年 (Kanji, Grades 1–6), and いろえらび64 - こどものぬりえ (a coloring app for children) (“the Apps”).

1. Information we collect

The Apps collect no information about you. They never ask for a name, e-mail address, location or contacts, and they do not use any device identifier. They do not read the photo library, and they do not send photos off the device.

2. Network

The Apps do not connect to the internet. They contain no advertising, no analytics, and no code that sends anything to an external service.

3. Information stored on your device

Practice records (which letters have been traced) and settings (such as the chosen voice and language) are stored on that device only. They are never sent anywhere. Deleting an App also deletes its records. In いろえらび64, the finished drawings (the colors chosen) and settings are likewise stored on that device only.

4. Access to device features

The Apps do not request access to the camera, microphone, location or contacts. Photos: only when a parent chooses “しゃしんに のこす” (save to Photos) in いろえらび64, the finished drawing is added to the photo library. The App does not ask for permission to read photos and never looks at what is in the photo library. The sentence iOS shows for that permission is the Japanese text 「ぬった絵を、写真アプリに追加します。」

5. Sharing with third parties

Because no information is collected, there is nothing to share with third parties.

6. Use by children

The Apps are made for children. As stated above, they collect no information and do not connect to the internet.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the change will be posted on this page.

8. Information handled when you contact us

Outside the Apps, on this website, there are two ways to reach us. Neither is opened from inside an App — the Apps contain no external links.
